InstaFriday

life rearranged

Well....at least it's Friday.
Right?!

I got a new phone case. And a new phone for that matter. Pretty!

I love babies. Seriously.

Happy mail day! Do you Birchbox?

Oh my gracious, Stu and I were so little in the picture! 2002 looked pretty good on us. :)

Ahem, Chesapeake made the top 100 places to work, AGAIN. Yeehaw!

Happy Friday!
{is it odd that I have no pictures of my kids this week??}

InstaFriday

I'm not even going to pretend to guess how behinde I am.
(I think it's two weeks)
Life has been happening at super sonic speed and frankly I'm having a hard time keeping up.
But I have been taking pictures!
Hallelujah for phones otherwise I would have no recollection of the past few weeks.

My nephew is delicious. And I totally made that onesie. :)

This was Sunday. I was rocking my hubby's company.

My houndstooth mani. Y'all, nail polish strips are amaze-balls.

Texas chicken pot pie. (For a friend who had a baby)

Have you joined the Gussy Club? I'm also rocking my Lisa Leonard earrings. Two plugs in one!

Final swim meet.

Cousins playing at grandma's house.

I love this girl. :)

Stuart was stealing the ottoman. Not cool.

I'm calling this my rockstar mani. (if you're counting, this is "fun" mani #3)

Words can not begin to describe this day. My parents moved. {deep breaths}

My niece is the coolest.

Tyson has been working on his Star Wars paper airplanes all summer. And he's sporting my Ags.

So this happened Sunday night. At approximately 9 pm.

My baby is not a baby anymore. Hold me.

Those boxes magically turned into this! (Try not to stare too long at the walls, it's a work in progress)

It's a good combo: Chesapeake and Tootsie Roll Pops.

Oh yes, I'm addicted. Mani #4 and maybe my fave.

One should always have to cut chocolate cake with a steak knife. Always.

Tucker finally got to see his Hannah. They practically walked into the movies like this.

Reminiscing: sweet, newborn Tyson. How have 7.5 years passed already?!

Happy Friday y'all!

Stitch Fix #2

I know what you're thinking.
I'm only on fix #2.
Right?!
The truth is that I kind of forgot about it.
Then two weeks ago I was cleaning out my inbox and folders and came across my Stitch Fix folder.
I needed to rectify the situation.
{happy mail}

There are 3 things you should know:
1) I can not take an adequate picture of myself.
2) I do not know how to pose.
3) The lighting in my bathroom is really bad.
4) I used the VSCOcam app to edit these pictures. :)

It's like Christmas!

I love how an actual person puts things together for me. And signs the card.

I asked for mostly dressed with this fix.
#1
{this dress is REALLY short. i like the colors and the fit but i will definitely have to wear leggings under it}

#2
{i like the color of this dress but it was a little too big}

#3
{this shirt was cute and comfy}

#4
{this skirt just didn't make me jump for joy. i don't know, it was just off}

#5
{i really like this dress. it's a knit and orange is a good color}

BONUS!
{the dress is reversible!}

What do you think?

I decided to keep #1 and #5.
I thought this fix was slightly better than the first, yay!

InstaFriday

life rearranged

Y'all, today I'm going to win mother of the year.
AND I'm going to be the boy's favorite parent for one fleeting day.
Why?
The Lego Store is coming to San Antonio and it's having a grand opening party this weekend, complete with a master builder.
We got postcards in the mail inviting us to come and help the master builder build an 8 foot R2D2.
So, being the rule breaker that I am (not) I am pulling the boys out of school early (eek!) and taking them to the opening early.
They don't know.
It's gonna be good y'all!
Now, on to our past week...

My sister-in-law introduced me to these life savers and they really are. I mean, G E N I U S.

Monthly co-op!

I did my nails while Stu was searching for a specific radio for his grandma. I kinda like it. :)

We spent over 3 hours organizing the Legos into same color boxes. It was a beast to do, but will make building so much easier.

This is my current favorite baby scent. And even though my boys are babies, I make them use it.

Yellow dog.

Apple trees. Of course.

I laugh and get scared every time I look outside. Who doesn't keep their bleached deer skulls in a basketball goal?

Tucker sent this picture to his sweet Hannah after soccer practice.

Then Tyson had to join in.

Last soccer practice!

Me.

I've been reciting this verse all day long for the past several days.

I love the crossed feet while he does homework.

Y'all, I left this mess out, overnight. It was a BIG deal for me.

Happy Friday!
