So I promised myself that I wasn't going to go a week without blogging but here I am, a week later, and not having blogged at all since my last "insta" post.

Umph.

Regardless, it was a glorious week.

The boys went back to school.

Can I get a hallelujah from all the moms out there?

I got caught up on laundry.

I had lunch two days in a row with friends.

I got to babysit.

And I overall feel fairly accomplished.

My yearly list.

Everyone in this family shoots. EVERYONE.

My boys are OBSESSED with Minecraft. It just so happens that Minecraft came out with a PS3 version two weeks ago and now that boys have taken over the tv.

I can not express my joy to have this show back on. And this episode was AMAZING.

One of my goals this year is to sit in front of my handy sewing machine and actually sew something, not just fix this or that. I was so happy to get these gems in the mail to jump start that process.

We do not normally see these numbers in south Texas.

This little guy was pretty stinkin' cute.

Stuart and I did a little marriage seminar together. I need to be reminded that God made men and women different. I also need to be reminded that what I need is not what Stuart needs. And that is OK.

My "just because" flowers from my main man. :)

We introduced the boys to Monopoly. Let' say that mommy is still competitive.

One of my BIGGEST pet peeves is when people don't return their carts to a cart return. I'm standing IN the cart return. Is it really so hard to walk the extra 10 steps to put your cart away so that people can walk on the sidewalk and so that cars won't get damaged?

What I WANT to Wear Wednesday {WIWTWW}

I don't know about you, but this week is disappearing.
I mean, how is it Wednesday already?
Craziness.
So along with loosing track of days, I've been in a "fashion funk."
One could say I've been in funk of some sort all my life, but that's a conversation better had with a trained professional.
South Texas has had the most bizarre weather the last few months and so I have no clue what I should be wearing.
One day the high will be 54* and the next day, 86*.
And it's May.
And that scenario really did happen...last week.
So....here's what I WANT to wear:

What I WANT to Wear Wednesday {WIWTWW}

I don't know about you, but this crazy back and forth weather we've been having is driving me C R A Z Y.
One minute I'm wearing shorts and a tank top and the next I have to pull out my jeans and a sweatshirt (and can we just pause to talk about that fact that I somehow LOST my favorite sweatshirt? I mean, it's gone. I can not find it. The last place I remember seeing it was at the boy's soccer game and I have a sinking feeling it got left on the ground. Bummer. Ugggh!)
But this weather has also made me go through my closet and do a little reorganizing.
As in, I finally threw out some things that I have been hanging onto for no other reason than I paid full price for them.
Ever do that?
