Last week, I did not let the boys eat chocolate cereal bars for breakfast every morning because I was too lazy to physically make them something for breakfast. I always make my children nutritious meals even at 6 am.
Every day since putting up our Christmas tree, I most certainly have not threatened to give away both our dogs due to their constant crawling under the tree and knocking off ornaments. I would never, ever threaten an animal. (unless it were a snake or a cockroach or a spider, then all bets are off)
I also did not in any way leave the tree standing crooked. I'm too much of a perfectionist for that.
Yesterday, while my dad was guest preaching, I absolutely did not laugh out loud when Tucker stood up in the middle of the service, realizing that his Peepaw was speaking and say rather loudly, "PEEPAW?" I always keep my composure in all circumstances.
This morning while getting laundry together, I definitely did not grab all the clothes off the boys' floors whether clean or not and toss them all in the washing machine. I always take the time to put things up and never waste water by washing something that's already clean.
And it really wasn't me that ate almost all the York Peppermint Patties. I certainly know how to control myself when faced with chocolate and peppermint. Man that sounds good right now.
